Mr. Heine is currently in his 15th year in education, with 14 of those years being in Grand Prairie ISD. He began his career in GPISD at Dubiski Career High School as a math teacher. After spending seven years at Dubiski, he began his administrative experience as an intern at Grand Prairie Fine Arts Academy. After his administrative internship, he spent a year each at Fannin Middle School and Young Men’s Leadership Academy as the Academic Facilitator. For the last four years, he has served as the Dean of Instruction at Grand Prairie Collegiate Institute.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in music/media from the University of Texas at Arlington and master’s degree in mathematics teaching from the University of Texas at Arlington. Mr. Heine is excited for the opportunity to serve the students, staff, and families of Marshall Leadership Academy.
